Easy Waterless Cooking - ICOOK

Last week, one of my friends introduced me to a new way of healthy cooking - waterless and oiless  cooking. But this idea properly cannot work well  with ordinary cookware.  Without water and oil food is easily burned and moisture cannot be kept.  How can it be done?  But I try it today. It's  yummy.  All because of this new set of  cookware -

ICOOK

Tonight I try braising sparerib with sugar and vinegar in a 3 lit saucepan

Just put the whole chunk in the pot, mixing with wine, vinegar, sugar, soysauce, green onion and ginger, and little bit of water

In the 2 lit saucepan, put in about 8 oz white rice

7:23 pm put the rice in 8oz water, boil under medium low heat(4) bring it to a boil and then reduce heat continue to simmer under minimal heat for about 10 minutes until done

7:21 pm - put the washed cabbage in another 2 lit pan, sprinkled with dried shrimp on the vegetable.  No need to put water.  Covered and simmer under low heat (3)

Stack cooking - I like the idea.  The design of the lid is so cute.  It saves energy putting two pots on one stove.  I hate using microwave - it's not healthy.  Icook keeps the food warm for very very long time.  You know why?  The design and the make of the pot is unique.

Furthermore, it can be served right on the table
